Christmas visits with the Christmas elf

It's the most magical time of the year! Sprookjesfeesten wants to help you bring some holiday magic right to your home. On December 24, our Christmas elf Holly will visit Amsterdam.

Christmas elf Holly will come by for 30 minutes to entertain your child(ren). There will be reading and dancing and Elf Holly has a special felt Christmas tree to decorate. She brought some North Pole Sparkles to give all the children a festive glitter tattoo. And who knows... Maybe she brought an early Christmas present from Santa himself!

Christmas visits are € 75 including travel costs.

The visit is available in English and Dutch.

Once the minimum number of registrations has been met, you will be assigned a timeslot. You will receive an email with payment information.

After you have made your reservation via the form on the website, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once the minimum number of registrations has been met, you will be assigned a timeslot. You will receive an email with payment information.
If this time slot is not convenient, you can contact us and we will try to find another timeslot for you.
Please note, your reservation is not complete until payment has been made. You have 2 days (48 hours) to pay your balance. After this time, your reservation expires. The booking will be finalized as soon as we have received your payment. You can pay the invoice by bank transfer or iDeal. Prices include VAT and travel and parking fees.

The Christmas visit is meant for up to 3 children between the ages of 3 and 10.
Big fine print
The timeslots for the Christmas visit will be assigned once the minimum number of registrations has been reached. If this number is not met, you will be informed by December 19 at the latest.
In dangerous weather conditions, such as a red weather code, it may not be safe for our Christmas elf to travel. In that case, you will be informed in a timely manner.

If the actress is unable to attend because of sickness or force majeure, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will try to find a suitable alternative or solution together.
​
Each Christmas visit is unique and is tailored to the children present. It is possible that not all activities can be performed. We ask for your understanding.
​
To preserve our delicate costumes, we would like to ask you to accommodate your pets in a different room during the party.
​
For the actress’ health and the protection of the valuable costumes and props, we kindly but urgently ask you not to smoke in the presence of the Christmas elf.
​
Accidents happen and that's no problem. Nevertheless, Sprookjesfeesten is entitled to charge for deliberately inflicted damage.
​
The measures of the RIVM that apply at the time of the Christmas visits, will be followed.
If stricter or different rules apply on the day of the visit than those described below, these measures must be followed. In that case, you will be informed about this.

If you think our Christmas elf has exceeded your expectations, you can provide her a tip. It is always appreciated, but never expected. We kindly ask you to put any tip in a closed envelope, so that the magic is preserved for the children.
During the party, an adult must be present in the same room with the Christmas elf, at all times. In the event that inappropriate behavior is shown towards the Christmas Elf, violence is used, or the Christmas Elf otherwise feels unsafe, she reserves the right to leave the visit at any time without refund.

How can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal or bank transfer.

Contact us and we will be happy to look at the possibilities for a different time.

Can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before the visit. Changing the date is only possible at an additional cost.

I also want to invite other children, is that allowed?
The program is designed for a maximum of 3 children. Please contact us for the possibilities for an adapted visit if more than 3 children are present.

I live just outside of Amsterdam. Can I still register?
Do you live just outside the city of Amsterdam, but would you like a visit from our Christmas elf? Please contact us separately via e-mail or a Whatsapp message. We are more than happy to look at the possibilities together.
